1. Who operates Amaze
Amaze AI Models (amazeaimodel.com) is operated by Amaze LLC, a Louisianalimited liability company (“Amaze,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy & Consent policy. If you do not agree, do not use Amaze. 2. What Amaze is
Amaze is a technology marketplace where a person (“talent”) can create an AI “digital twin” of their own likeness and license it to businesses (“brands”), and where brands can license Amaze’s own AI-generated “house” models. A license is an agreement between talent and brand; for talent likenesses Amaze facilitates the transaction, payment, provenance, and paper trail but is not the talent’s agent and does not procure employment. Amaze is the licensor of house models.
3. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account (one account per person). You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, a U.S.-embargoed region, and are not on any U.S. sanctions or denied-party list (OFAC). We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion (see Suspension & termination).
4. Acceptable use
Your use of Amaze is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits (among other things) uploading anyone else’s face, impersonation, deception, minors, nudity and sexual content, hateful or unlawful content, infringement, and abuse of the platform. Violations can result in content removal, account termination, and reports to authorities.
5. Talent: your likeness, consent & the license you grant us
You represent and warrant that the photos you upload are of you, that you are 18+, and that you have the right to create and license your likeness. You grant Amaze a limited, revocable, worldwide license to process your photos and biometric data solely to create, host, display, moderate, and generate your twin and to fulfill licenses you approve. You keep ownership of your likeness at all times and set your own rates and usage rules. You may pause or remove your twin at any time from your dashboard; removal stops new licenses but does not retroactively cancel licenses already granted. Your consent is specific to the uses described here and in each license; it does not extend to uses you have not approved. We never sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your biometric data, and we never disclose your biometric identifier to brands — brands receive only the generated images under a license you approve; your earnings come from licensing your own likeness, and our fee is for the technology/platform. We permanently delete your biometric data when you remove your twin or revoke consent, and in any case within 3 years of your last interaction (see Privacy & Consent). See the full Talent License.
6. Brands: license scope & responsibility
Each license grants a specific, scoped right (channels, territory, duration, and tier) shown on the license certificate. You may use the licensed asset only within that scope. You may not sublicense, resell, or use it beyond the stated scope, and you may not use it in any way prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy (including defamatory, political/election, adult, sensitive-category, or endorsement uses that imply a real person holds a view they have not agreed to). How a licensed asset is used after delivery is the responsibility of the licensing brand, which indemnifies the talent and Amaze for that use. See the full Brand License.
7. AI-generated content & disclosure
Everything generated on Amaze is AI-generated synthetic media. Outputs carry C2PA content credentials and a provenance record marking them as AI-made. You are responsible for disclosing AI generation where required by applicable law (for example, certain advertising, political, and synthetic-media disclosure rules), and you may not remove, alter, or obscure content credentials or watermarks.
8. AI-generated house models
Some models are Amaze house models — fully AI-generated synthetic personas, not real people. Because they are AI-generated, Amaze makes no warranty that a generated face is unique, exclusive, or that it will not coincidentally resemble a real individual. Amaze may modify, suspend, or remove any model at any time, including in response to a report. Anyone can flag a concern from a model’s profile; we review reports and act as we deem appropriate.
9. Adults only (18+) — strictly no minors
Amaze is an adults-only service. Every person listed must be 18 or older, and every house model is a fully adult synthetic persona. No content that depicts, or is designed to appear to depict, a minor is permitted anywhere on Amaze— including AI-generated, “virtual,” or stylized depictions, regardless of clothing or context. Any sexual, suggestive, or exploitative depiction of a minor — real or synthetic — is illegal child sexual abuse material (CSAM); Amaze blocks it, terminates the account, preserves the data, and reports to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law.
10. No nudity — clothed, SFW content only
Amaze is a strictly non-explicit, “safe for work” platform. Nudity and sexually explicit content are not allowed anywhere — not in uploaded photos, twins, house models, brand generations, or licensed assets. Uploads and generated images are automatically screened, and prompts requesting nudity or explicit content are refused. Subjects must be clothed and depicted in a non-sexualized way.
11. Subscriptions, tokens, billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor and automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Tokens and one-time purchases are consumed as used and are non-refundable except where required by law; tokens have no cash value. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. 12. Payments, escrow & the platform fee
Amaze is a technology platform. The talent sets their own rates, negotiates their own usage, and is paid for licensing their own likeness — Amaze charges a 15% technology/platform fee for use of the system(the same way the system is paid for via subscriptions and tokens); it is not a sale of, or a cut of, anyone’s biometric data. Payments are processed by Stripe; by transacting you also agree to Stripe’s terms. When a brand licenses talent, the brand pays up front and funds are held until the talent accepts and the brand releases; on release the talent keeps their earnings (currently 85%) and Amaze’s 15% platform fee applies. If the talent declines, the brand is refunded. Talent payouts are made through Stripe Connectand require completing Stripe’s onboarding and identity/bank verification. You are responsible for your own taxes; tax forms (e.g. W-9/1099) may be required.
13. Intellectual property
Amaze owns the platform, software, and Amaze marks. Talent owns their likeness; Amaze owns its house models. Subject to payment and these Terms, a brand receives the license rights stated on its certificate for the generated assets it licenses. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
14. Copyright & DMCA
We respond to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement under the DMCA and terminate repeat infringers. Our designated copyright agent is Sal Hontiveros (Amaze LLC); send notices and counter-notices to dmca@amazeaimodel.com. See the full process and agent details on our DMCA & Copyright page.
15. Non-consensual intimate imagery (TAKE IT DOWN Act)
We prohibit non-consensual intimate imagery and comply with the TAKE IT DOWN Act. If an intimate image of you was created or shared without consent, report it to report@amazeaimodel.com and we will remove confirmed material, and reasonable known copies, within 48 hours of a valid request.
16. Reporting misuse of your likeness
If you believe your likeness is being used without authorization, report it from your dashboard or to report@amazeaimodel.com. Amaze assembles your evidence — identity verification, registered consent records, and C2PA content credentials — and provides a cease-and-desist tool to help you pursue the infringer.
17. Third-party theft & deepfakes — no liability
By listing content on any website you acknowledge that third parties may unlawfully copy, screenshot, scrape, or download it to create unauthorized content, including “deepfakes.” Amaze does not control, and is not responsible or liable for, theft or misuse of any image, video, or likeness by third parties, on or off the platform. Such acts are unauthorized, violate these Terms, and are the responsibility of the bad actor. Use of the platform is at your own risk to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Disclaimers
The service and all AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing it before use. We do not guarantee any bookings, licenses, earnings, results, or that your twin will be discovered or generate income — the marketplace is a venue, not a promise of work.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amaze and its officers, members, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid Amaze in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amaze from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your infringement of any third-party right.
21. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal risk, or non-payment. You may stop using Amaze and close your account at any time. Certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive termination. On account deletion we handle your data per the Privacy Policy.
22. Dispute resolution — arbitration & class-action waiver
Please read carefully. Except for small-claims matters and requests for injunctive relief, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and Amaze waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Specific arbitration rules, venue, and any opt-out window will be finalized by counsel before launch.
23. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section, venue lies in Louisiana.
24. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
25. General
These Terms (with the Acceptable Use and Privacy policies and any license certificate) are the entire agreement between you and Amaze. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Neither party is liable for events beyond its reasonable control.
